Gathering Your Medicinal Harvest with The Medicine Garden at Division

Join Gradey Proctor from The Medicine Garden for a class on harvesting, drying, and storing your plants. If you are growing culinary and medicinal plants, you might find yourself wondering when is the best time and what are the best techniques to harvest them for medicine and for the health of the plant. This presentation will explore this and so much more! We will also go into what to do after you harvest, from drying to storing herbs and some basic medicine making tips.

***All classes at Division this summer will be held in our greenhouse Hoop House 2, which is located out in the yard of the nursery, near the trees and small fruits. It is a large greenhouse that functions as a covered outdoor area. If the weather is warm, we will have water available, but please remember to dress so that you are comfortable during the presentation.***
