Welcome to the 2026 Northwest Regional EMLE Conference!

Fee Includes: General admission to the conference, speakers and workshops, and all meals and snacks during the conference.

EMLE is a high-energy, immersive leadership experience designed to elevate employees of color, strengthen belonging, and build the skills and networks needed to lead with purpose and impact.
