Description

Over 8 sessions at Jumping® Fitness, members can experience an engaging workout that is high in intensity, yet low in impact and easy on the joints. Members can stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle while having fun!

IMPORTANT

• Once the team has confirmed your child’s registration, caregiver must complete an from Jumping® Fitness on behalf of their youth.

• Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members requiring 2 caregivers’ assistance.
• Due to limited slots per CORE activity, if a member is absent 3 consecutive times without a valid reason, his/her slot will be given to members on the waiting list.
