2026 Port Richmond Throwdown by CrossFit Renaissance

The Port Richmond Throwdown is back.

Join us at CrossFit Renaissance on Saturday, June 20, 2026 for a one-day local CrossFit competition built for athletes of all levels.

Choose your division, test your fitness, and throw down with the Philly-area CrossFit community.

Divisions include:
Individual Rx
Individual Scaled
Partner Co-Ed Rx
Partner Co-Ed Scaled

Expect 3 scored workouts, a Final Showdown, prizes, sponsor giveaways, and a full day of fitness, grit, and community.

All levels are welcome. Workouts can be modified as needed, though modified workouts are not eligible for podium placement.

Come compete. Represent your gym. Throw down in Port Richmond.
