2026 PA Team Big 30 Physicals & First Practice

7/20/26, Big 30 Physicals and First Practice for Pennsylvania team.
Pennsylvania football players will report to the UPMC Outpatient Center by no later than 5:00 PM for required physicals prior to going to Bradford High for the first practice. Please bring the physical form and medical history questionnaire with you to the UPMC facility.
The UPMC Outpatient Center is located at:
1001 East Main Street, Bradford, PA 16701 (the old Bradford Mall)
Doctors/Nurses, who are donating their time, will be made available to each player in need of a physical prior to participating in the game. Your vital statistics will be taken upon arrival and you will proceed to your physical immediately after that. Please be sure to stay hydrated and DO NOT drink energy drinks that day!!! Not staying hydrated will cause your blood pressure and heart rate to spike, as will energy drinks. If you fail your physical for elevated blood pressure and heart rate, we have no choice but to send you to your family doctor to get cleared to play.
Once you have had your physical, you will report to Bradford High School at:
81 Interstate Parkway, Bradford, PA 16701
Once at Parkway Stadium, you'll receive your practice jersey from a Big 30 Committee member. That jersey is yours for the duration of practices and will be turned back in, clean, at the parade, when you'll receive your game jersey.
After physicals, you'll have a one-hour practice in helmets & cleats as soon as the last player has arrived at Bradford High.
Please bring filled water bottles of your own to every practice. Bradford will have water available but not all schools will have it.
