2026 NYBLACKMBA 5th Annual Women's Conference "The Power of YOU!" -

The 5th Annual Power of YOU! Women’s Conference, hosted by the New York Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, returns this July with a bold and transformative theme: Unapologetically Powerful: Focus and Positioning in a New Era. This milestone conference is designed to inspire and empower ambitious women across industries who are ready to elevate their careers, expand their influence, and confidently position themselves for success in a rapidly evolving world.
As the professional landscape continues to shift, the conference will create a powerful space for women to sharpen their focus, embrace their voice, and lead with intention and impact. Attendees will experience a dynamic day of inspiring keynote speakers, thought-provoking panel discussions, professional development workshops, and meaningful networking opportunities. Each session is intentionally curated to equip women with the insights, strategies, and connections needed to thrive in leadership, entrepreneurship, and career advancement. More than just a conference, The Power of YOU! Women’s Conference is a platform for bold conversations, transformative learning, and collective empowerment.

It celebrates the brilliance, resilience, and influence of women who are shaping the future of business, leadership, and community. Participants will leave energized, empowered, and equipped with actionable strategies to confidently navigate this new era, owning their power, refining their focus, and positioning themselves for lasting impact. This year's conference will be held at the UBS 2Below Conference Center at 11 Madison Ave, New York City on July 16 -17.

July 16 – THURSDAY EVENING | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Kick off the conference with an engaging evening of curated networking through Connection Cards, a fireside keynote focused on unlocking potential, and an immersive cultural experience featuring spoken word and interactive elements. Enjoy curated food offerings, specialty cocktails, and DJ music throughout the evening, creating a vibrant atmosphere for connection, reflection, and momentum.

July 17 – FRIDAY | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday features a full day of programming centered on Expand, Empower, and Execute, including a leadership keynote, interactive workshops, and masterclasses focused on strategy and action. Attendees will engage in Power Circles, immersive sessions across key topics, and a closing keynote, followed by a high energy networking social and a curated vendor marketplace, with food offerings, specialty cocktails, and DJ music throughout the experience.c
