2026 NSO Summit
About this Event
National Service Organization (NSO) Resilience Summit 2026
Restore. Renew. Ready.
The National Service Organization (NSO) Resilience Summit 2026 is a three-day leadership retreat designed to strengthen those who faithfully serve others. Taking place September 11–13, 2026, at River Oaks Campgrounds in Orangeburg, South Carolina, the summit provides a holistic approach to leadership by focusing on spiritual renewal, mental resilience, physical wellness, and sustainable leadership.
Recognizing that leaders in the military, law enforcement, emergency services, healthcare, and other public service professions often carry significant personal and professional burdens, this summit intentionally creates space for restoration, equipping, and encouragement. Participants will leave spiritually refreshed, mentally strengthened, physically inspired, and better prepared to continue serving with excellence.
Summit Theme - Restore. Renew. Ready.
This theme emphasizes a three-fold journey:
- Restore – Recover from the emotional, physical, and spiritual demands of service.
- Renew – Deepen one's relationship with Christ while gaining fresh perspectives for ministry and leadership.
- Ready – Return to the mission equipped with renewed purpose, resilience, and practical tools for long-term effectiveness.

Overall Purpose
The NSO Resilience Summit seeks to remind leaders that effective ministry and service begin with healthy leaders. Rather than simply encouraging participants to work harder, the summit invites them to pause, reconnect with God, care for themselves, and develop practical habits that foster resilience. By integrating biblical teaching, worship, wellness, and leadership development, the event equips attendees to return home restored, renewed, and ready for their next assignment.
