We’ve made several upgrades to improve the competition and overall experience this year:
🎳 European-Style Finals Format
Top qualifiers will earn byes into the finals, raising the stakes of qualifying.
⚖️ Level Playing Field Equipment Standard
To ensure fairness for all competitors, the New Mexico Open will not allow slow oil-absorbing high-performance bowling balls. This policy follows the lead of many USBC championship events.
👩 Women & Seniors Handicap
Women and Seniors (55+) will now receive 8 pins per game.
🏆 $5,000 Guaranteed in SMART Scholarship Prizes for Youth competitors
💰 All tournament lineage donated by Tenpins & More, increasing the prize fund for competitors.
💵 $10,000 Guaranteed First Prize
