Nevada County Environmental Health is hooking you up with FREE mosquito fish to help keep those pesky mosquitoes at bay! 🦟
🚨🐟 Catch them (the fish, not the mosquitoes!) 🐟
June 23 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Nevada County Government Center parking lot, 950 Maidu Ave. Nevada City, CA (🚗drive-thru only!).
These little fish are natural-born mosquito larvae munchers. Limited quantities (of fish, not mosquitoes!), so don't miss out! 😉
Note: These fish are not native; they are invasive species. These fish are only meant for closed/stagnant ponds and should not be placed into ponds that can drain into the local creeks and streams. This can have negative impacts on the native ecosystem. If your pond has outlets, please do not acquire these fish.
