The Frozen 5K is an officially-timed 5K race around Lake Nokomis to kick off a day of Polar Plunging! All participants receive a medal and a race t-shirt.You can also register to Dash & Splash—run the 5K and then take the chilly Plunge into Lake Nokomis! If you are planning to Dash & Splash, you must raise at least $115 total.
