Join Mane Up Memphis™ this fall as we travel throughout West Tennessee bringing free behavioral health education, interactive wellness experiences, and meaningful conversations directly into our communities.

Rather than asking communities to come to us, we're bringing prevention, education, and healing directly to neighborhoods across the region. Each stop on the tour features engaging activities led by the Mane Up Memphis™ team and invited healing partners committed to strengthening emotional wellness for children, youth, young adults, families, and the broader community.
