The 8th Annual Long Island TGNCNB Community Conference focuses on medical care, social support, and addressing unmet needs on Long Island.
About this Event

Join us in a welcoming environment for an educational experience on a variety of TGNCNB related health and social topics for both members of the community and their families.

This conference focuses on medical care, social support, and addressing unmet needs on Long Island for TGNCNB individuals, both in adolescent and adulthood, as well as parents and guardians of TGNCNB individuals.

The conference will be comprised of three key components: educational sessions by community partners, information on community agencies and their services, and an expert panel discussion and Q&A from specialists at the LGBTQ Transgender Care Program at New Hyde Park.

Directions:

Hofstra University is a big campus spread across both side of Hempstead Turnpike. The Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine is on the north side of Hempstead Turnpike and is accessible by the California Avenue Gate off Hempstead Turnpike (red arrow), or the East Gate Entrance off of Earle Ovington Boulevard (blue arrow). Most GPS devices will bring you to the Hofstra School of Medicine if you search for it. The location of the conference is denoted by the Trans & Nonbinary flags on the image above. The suggested entrance and parking lots are denoted by the white cars.
