This year’s theme, ✨Books and Badges✨, celebrates literacy while encouraging positive connections between our community and the City of St. Pete’s safety officers. The festival will feature book giveaways for all ages, engaging activities for kids, a featured speaker promoting reading and writing, and thousands of smiles throughout the day.
