2026 KW Knitters' Fair

This year’s fair will be on Saturday, September 12, 2026. Planning is currently underway, and vendor applications are open until June 15!
DATE
Saturday, September 12, 2026, 9:30am to 4:00pm **Note the slightly different time from last year
LOCATION
Kinsmen and Kiwanis Arenas, Kitchener Memorial Auditorium (aka The Aud) at 400 East Ave, Kitchener
TICKETS
Tickets are $6 CAD per person, and you can purchase them online in advance or at the box office on the day. The link for early ticket sales will be added here when they are available.
Note that there is a $2.50 facility fee, and possible extra fees for purchasing online. We have decreased our ticket price to help offset these fees.
VENDORS
We are very excited about this year’s vendors, but we can’t tell you anything yet! Check out last year’s vendor list to give you a taste of what to expect. The vendor list and fair layout will be posted here when they are available.
Vendor registration is now open! Email us if you have any questions. See the Vendor Info page on our website (link below) for all the details including guidelines, important dates, and the application form.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
There will be a Fashion Show of vendor submissions, showcasing some gorgeous yarn, patterns, and supplies.
This year we will also have some vendor demonstrations. Check back here for the full schedule.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Want to get into the Fair for free? We need 2 hours of your time to help make the fair a friendly, welcoming place (and comply with fire codes), then you get the rest of the fair to shop, visit, and bask in the yarn glory. Jobs include giving information to attendees, running the ballwinding service, giving out door prizes, door security, or modelling in the fashion show!
