Grab the whole family and be KIND to your body! Come run/walk with us on September 25th at 5:30PM at the Portneuf Wellness Complex for the 2026 KIND Week Family Fun Run. This event is FREE to anyone in the community. We will begin at Pavilion 3. All ages and abilities are welcome to walk or run the 5k. Each participant must sign a liability waiver (parents can sign for their children). See you there, with your running shoes on!
