ARTWORK DELIVERY: Main Gallery, Walk In Art Center
· Friday, April 3, 2026 9 am-4 pm
· Saturday, April 4, 2026 1 pm-5 pm
· Monday, April 6, 2026 12-3 pm & 6-8 pm
PICK UP OF UNACCEPTED WORK: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, before 4pm. Any artwork not picked up will be charged $50/day.
Only 100 pieces will be juried in. Artists will be contacted by WIAC only if your work is not accepted. Calls will go out Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Please check your voice and/or email – we will use the info you supply with submission.
PICKUP OF ACCEPTED WORK: Monday, April 27, 10 am-2 pm thru Friday, May 1, 10 am-2 pm. Any artwork NOT picked up will be charged $50/day.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be hand delivered
Adult non-refundable entry fee of
o $25 for first artwork
o $15 for second artwork
o $10 for third artwork
o $0 for fourth artwork
Student 17 and under non-refundable entry fee of
o $10 for first artwork
o $5 for second artwork
o $5 for third artwork
o $0 for fourth artwork
Payment Method: Cash, credit card (add a 3% processing fee) or checks can be made out to the Walk In Art Center
MAIN GALLERY HOURS:
Monday – Friday 9 am to 4 pm and Saturday 1 pm to 5 pm.
ENTRY CRITERIA: Artists must be residents of Pennsylvania. All pieces submitted must be original & not previously exhibited at the Keystone Fine Art Juried Exhibition.
All artwork must be ready to hang with a wire, framed or gallery wrapped – no saw tooth, fast frames or clips. Artwork not ready to hang will be denied acceptance.
SIZE CRITERIA: All artwork must be no larger than 32” x 42” max – which includes the frame. NO EXCEPTIONS.

AWARDS:
Best in Show Awards: Grand Prize--$400, 2nd Place--$300, 3rd Place--$200.
Best in Category Awards: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place ribbons.
WIAC will also choose one participant to hold solo show at the WIAC in the following year.
MARKETING: By submitting work, you are giving the Walk In Art Center permission to photograph accepted works for promotional materials for the exhibition.
SALES: All pieces must be for sale. The Walk In Art Center will deduct a 30% commission. Artist’s portion of the sale will be mailed within 30 days of the show closing.
LIABILITY: All reasonable care and security will be taken in handling and displaying the works submitted. Artists are responsible for insuring their own works of art. The Walk In Art Center assumes no responsibility for work lost, stolen or damaged by any possible cause while in the Walk In Art Center’s possession.
