The YWCA Inspire Luncheon is one of Silicon Valley’s premier nonprofit events, bringing together community leaders, advocates, and changemakers for an inspiring afternoon of connection and impact. Each year, we feature a nationally recognized speaker whose work advances equity, justice, and social change. Past speakers include Ruby Bridges, Erin Brockovich, Tarana Burke, Susan Rice, Gloria Steinem, Jane Goodall, Geena Davis, Billie Jean King, Elizabeth Smart, and Anita Hill.
A highlight of the event is the presentation of the YWCA Empowerment Award, which honors individuals and organizations whose leadership creates meaningful change in our communities. These champions exemplify courage, resilience, and a commitment to advancing opportunity for others, inspiring all of us to take action and help build a more equitable future.
