Pre-Entry fee: $4.00
Late fee: $5.00
Fur entry: $2.00
Day of Show Entries: $6.00 per rabbit each show.
NO CREDIT CARDS OR PAYPAL ACCEPTED
There will be NO refunds on entries made then scratched at check in.
⚠️Venue will be Open Friday Night for those who would like to drop off your rabbits. 5-8pm Central Time

EXHIBITORS PLEASE
BRING TARPS to put down under your rabbits or the spot they will be sitting with leak proof bottoms.
🪧🚮 Clean up after yourselves so we don't have to start charging for a CLEAN UP FEE !. Garbage cans will be available.
● PARENTS, you are responsible for your Children always know where they are at all times. Keep them in the area rented by LCRBA.
● The Property is County Owned and is rented to others, so respect rules. DO NOT let your children wonder off and be in other parts of the park without permission.
● LCRBA nor GILES CO. AGRI PARK will be held liable.
*** Notice Per State of Tennessee NO CVI's ARE Required at this time UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN IN A INFECTED AREA within the past 8 months, then you are required to show cvi issued within 72 hours of entering the state. ***
*** Venue will be Open 6:30 am. Central Time
Please check in by 7:30 am CENTRAL TIME *** DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 7:00am
Payment for entries can be CASH or CHECKS made out in exact amount to LCRBA.
Should you enter and not attend, you will be billed for your entry fees. Your mail, email or online entry is a contract and fees are payable regardless of your attendance. Exhibitors that do not come to the show will be sent a bill and will not be allowed to enter animals in future Tennessee shows until the bill is paid. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen illness. Repeat offenders must "Pre-pay" entries !.

REGISTRAR:
Bring your ARBA card, copy of your pedigree for them to keep and $6.00 per rabbit to be registered. If you want to Grand Champion it is another $4.00 = $10 Total
Please contact ASAP to let her know if you plan on registering rabbits and how many.
FOOD:(Food offering on the day of show).
Morning: 🍩 Donuts and coffee ☕️will be available while they last with a 💰donation, which is MUCH appreciated to help cover the costs.
ONSITE FOOD VENDOR:
Lunch: Food Truck Grub on Hubbz
Food offerings planned: Fish, chicken, burgers and grilled cheese plate lunches. Drinks will be available for purchase.

A raffle table will be set up with all proceeds assisting the LCRBA in the show expenses; quality items are always appreciated for donation.
Please note that if you donate a rabbit or cavy, make sure to have its pedigree or state pet or show quality.
