2026 Family Clothing + Gear Swap

12:30pm - 3:30pm
Join us for this FREE annual event for families who are expecting and have young children. Sarah is excited to be holding this swap for the 5th year in a row, and at Louisivlle Community Yoga for the first time.
FREE swap for baby + kid clothing, shoes, and outdoor related gear, maternity clothing, and women’s activewear and gear. You are not required to bring any items in order to take something home!
Donations can be dropped off beforehand with a volunteer or between 12:30 and 1:30pm on 10/17. No additional items will be accepted after 1:30pm.
What to bring:
Only bring items that you would be willing to take home with you! Fall and Winter appropriate items are preferred, but off season childrens items are okay.
We ask that all items be in good, usable condition. Please do not bring anything broken, with holes, or missing parts. If you have a rolling rack for clothing to lend for the event, we could use a few of those as well. Leave what you want, take what you want. There will be no formal means of tracking items given/taken.

Outdoor gear and activewear
*If you would like to reclaim any items not taken at the event, please be sure to label them with your name. Any large items will need to be marked with a name*

Items we DO accept for the swap:
GOOD or GREAT condition kid and baby clothing, shoes, and outdoor gear. All seasons welcome! Please don’t bring anything with holes or stains!
Winter items for babies and children.
Kids boots, shoes, & accessories.
Maternity and nursing clothing (all seasons).
Cool stuff you know someone else will get excited about and use!
Cool larger gear items for hiking or camping to pass along are welcome, but please be prepared to take them home at 1pm. Things like hiking carriers, packs, nice strollers, and gear usually get snatched up quickly.
Items we do NOT accept for the swap:
Anything broken, with holes or stains.
No Toys or Books.
No large baby items (i.e. swings, bouncers, etc.)
No bottles or feeding supplies. These tend to get left behind, and we don’t have a good method of donating them after the event.
No Mens' clothing.
No formal or business women’s clothing or shoes (these tend to get left behind).
Don’t bring any larger items you cannot take home by 3pm.
Again, nothing broken or unusable, especially larger items. Don’t bring your old bob with flat tires!
