Enjoy a fresh sea breeze with your fortnightly fitness routine! The Semaphore edition of Adelaide’s legendary Corporate Cup brings the 14-week series right to the coastline. Perfect for western-suburbs workplaces, local running groups, and individual athletes, this track offers a fast, completely flat route right along Semaphore Beach.
Semaphore operates as a flexible, self-timed virtual hub. There are no physical check-in desks or timing cards here, instead, participants get the ultimate flexibility to complete their nominated distance anytime on the scheduled event day. Just map your progress, track your run or walk using your favourite GPS running app, and log your times into the Corporate Cup portal to stack up points for your personal goals or your corporate team.
Format: 7 fortnightly rounds over 14 weeks (August – November)
Day & Time: Thursdays; complete your run or walk anytime on the scheduled round day.
Distances: Mini (2.25km) or Corporate (4.5km)
Location: Course starts and finishes at Semaphore Beach (utilising the coastal path near the Coppins Street public amenities).
Timing: Self-timed via any standard GPS running app (results are uploaded to the online portal).
