The Peninsula Health Care District is excited to welcome the community to its 2nd Annual Age Well Health Fair. Hosted at the Peninsula Health Care District Health & Fitness Center in Burlingame, this community event will feature FREE health screenings, wellness resources, fitness activities, educational opportunities, and connections to local organizations dedicated to supporting healthy aging and helping adults live more active, vibrant lives.
The first 100 seniors who complete at least three qualifying activities during the Health Fair will receive a complimentary Burlingame Farmers’ Market voucher as a thank you for participating. Here's how to qualify:
- Be age 60 or older
- Participate in at least 3 activities (such as Health Screening, Class, Consultation, Visit a Table)
