2026 Acres Homes Juneteenth Parade

The Acres Homes Juneteenth Parade is a long-standing Houston tradition celebrating African American history, culture, freedom, and community unity. Each year, families, organizations, schools, churches, businesses, elected officials, and community leaders come together to commemorate Juneteenth through celebration, education, and fellowship. Our mission is to preserve the legacy of Juneteenth while creating opportunities for community engagement, youth involvement, and cultural pride throughout Acres Homes and beyond. This year's parade will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10 AM - 12 PM, starting at the Acres Home Multi Services Center.
