2025 WVINatCon Vendors & Exhibitors

Dates: Friday, October 31 – Saturday, November 1, 2025Location: Hyatt Regency Crystal City | Arlington, VA

Showcase and sell your products and services to 200+ attendees over two impactful days at the Women Veterans Interactive National Conference (WVI NatCon).

• VENDORS: Individuals or businesses selling products. Not affiliated with any corporation, government entity, or nonprofit organization.

• EXHIBITORS: Corporations, Federal/State/County Government Agencies, or Nonprofit Organizations providing support services, educational services, or employment opportunities.

• Vendors & Exhibitors will have two full days to engage attendees and sell/display products: October 31 – November 1, 2025.
• Setup and breakdown times will be announced in advance.
• Fees include one table and two chairs.
• Duplicate products or duplicate name-brand products are not allowed.
• Sharing vendor space is not permitted.
• Please review the confirmed vendor list before paying your registration fee.
• WVIF reserves the right to cancel and refund any registration deemed not appropriate for this event.

Age Requirement: All attendees must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by an adult.Doors Open: 8:00 AM daily.Parking: On-site valet and self-parking available. Rates may apply.

Q: What time can vendors set up?A: Setup times will be emailed to all confirmed vendors at least two weeks before the event.

Q: Can I share my table with another vendor?A: No, table sharing is not permitted.

Q: Can I sell food or beverages?A: Food and beverage sales require prior approval and compliance with venue regulations.
