Why Attend?
This 6-hour course provides the following benefits to attendees:
- Information is presented that will aid knowledge to obtain a CDL
- Driver conduct during a traffic stop is directly addressed by a driver defense lawyer. She is also specialized and experienced in helping solve driver license issues
- Supervisor liability for the infraction is reduced when the supervisor knows the law in detail and what they can instruct their drivers to do/not do. The interactive form of this seminar allows for answers to specific questions from the very officer who deals with "dos and don'ts" of trucks and trailers every day
- Supervisor workload is reduced when drivers know loading, load securement, and truck equipment requirements, all of which is addressed in the Safety Seminar
- Downtime for personnel and equipment is reduced if the equipment is not stopped for violations. Lack of downtime is a great return on investment (ROI) in the Safety Seminar
- The cost of insurance may be reduced with fewer company/employee infractions - more ROI
- Proper securement of loads can help avoid serious accidents that can cause catastrophic consequences
