Thank you for your interest in showcasing your brand and products at our 2025 Sustainability Holiday Vendor Pop Up Shop at HAYVN in partnership with Best of CT Moms!

*Snow Date: In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule to Thursday, Dec. 4th - 4-8pm
- Vendor fee (Members): $75
- Vendor fee (Non-members): $250
- Best of CT Moms Women's Clothing Sale Consignor fees: $75 all consignors

Attendee Event Details
This will be a social event where attendees will socialize, support local businesses, explore sustainable brands, products, and services. They'll also enjoy snacks and beverages while walking around and shopping.
- General admission: $15 (includes auto entry to holiday raffle)

Details About The Best of CT Moms Women's Clothing Sale!
Sell your style at our Women’s Clothing Sale!
- Pay a one-time $75 fee and keep 100% of everything you sell.
- Bring your best women’s clothing, shoes, purses, and accessories — only clean, gently loved, or new items please.
- We can provide racks and/or tables based on your needs (see checkout questions).
- Important: Please bring a printed sign with your Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or preferred payment info so shoppers can pay you directly.
This is a hassle-free alternative to consignment or online selling — one day, one setup, and you keep it all.
Promoting the Event - WE NEED YOUR HELP!
- Your business will be promoted as a vendor on our distribution list of 5000 people, our social channels and HAYVN members network.
- Your business will gain exposure as influencers to those attending attending the event.
- We ask that you promote the event with your network and social channels to maximize exposure and attendance.
Set-up
- On 12/2, vendor set up starts at 2pm but must be completed by 3:30pm.
- Bring a wagon/cart to help you carry your products.
- There is ample parking outside the building.
- Once you enter 320 Darien Crossing lobby, go to check in and someone will direct you to your table location.
- Tables will be distributed throughout the space. Set up on the table that has a sign with your business. HAYVN will provide a table and chair (size will vary - average of 4-6’), so please plan your display accordingly.
Food Vendors:
- For safety purposes, no cooking is allowed during the event.
- Your products should be already prepared and packaged for the event.
- You may make use of the microwave and refrigerator on our kitchen space as needed.
- HAYVN will not provide utensils, napkins, plates or other paper goods for your table. Please bring your own.
Clean Up
- The event will run until 8pm. We ask that you attend your table throughout and that you start the clean up process at 8pm.
- Our staff will point you to where the garbage and recycling bins are.
