First seating includes a 7 course tasting menu and drink. Second seating includes the 6 course tasting menu and unlimited sparkling wine and punch.

Namasu pickles

-pickled carrot and daikon with oro blanco, satsuma, and mint

-Oysters on the half shell with yuzu shallot mignonette 

-Hiyayakko with Joodooboo tofu, sesame, scallion, soy, and hanakatsuo 

-Crab sticky rice with lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, matsutake mushroom, and scallion

-Fried kakiage with carrot, jalapeño, cilantro, swiss chard, scallions, ginger, and fermented crab chili sauce
