2025 Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Contest presented by Front Runner Construction

Are you passionate about motorsports and ready to take center stage? Here's your chance to shine! The Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Pageant, presented by Front Runner Construction, is searching for dynamic women to represent the thrilling world of motorsports throughout the 2025 season.

As Ms. Racing Xtravaganza 2025, you will become a celebrated ambassador, promoting the excitement and spirit of motorsports for an entire year. Your journey will include attending live events, participating in charity drives, engaging with media, and making press announcements for racetracks and race teams. You'll play a pivotal role in growing awareness and enthusiasm for the motorsports industry!

How to Register:

• Fill out the 2025 Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Contest Entry Form completely. Submit your application by January 26, 2025, to earn bonus points!
• Entry Fee: A $25 entry fee is required. Accepted payment methods: Check, Money Order, or Credit Card via Eventbrite. Mail checks to: Racing Xtravaganza, 4296 York Rd, New Oxford, PA 17350.
• Submit Photos and Questions: Direct any questions and submit your photos to Jaynee Zeigler at .
• Bring a copy of your Driver’s License or Birth Certificate to the event on the day of the contest.

Contest Highlights:

• Event Dates: Friday, January 31-Saturday, February 1, 2025.
• Check-In Time: Report to the show office by 6:00 p.m. Friday Jan 31for the 7:00 p.m. on-stage start.
• Show Activities: Be available for all activities on Saturday, February 1, 2025, and at the contest in 2026. Schedules will be updated for contestants registered.
• Engagements: Attend a minimum of ten (10) approved racing events at various speedways in 2025. Events may include any form of motorsports racing around the globe!

Competition Rounds:

1. Social Media Fan Vote: Promote your style to new and existing social media followers.
2. Main Stage Introductions: Make a great first impression on stage as the crowd gets to know you!
3. Formal Wear Presentation: Display elegance and poise in your chosen attire.
4. Fan Engagements: Interact with fans and share your passion for motorsports.

Attire Guidelines:

• Racetrack Casual: Girl next door meets motorsports Queen.
• Sportswear or Swimwear: Tasteful swimwear preferred. (No thongs)
• Formal Wear: Your choice of elegant attire.
• Photo Session Wear: Express your unique style for your mini photo session.

Winner Prize List:

• Ms. Racing Xtravaganza 2025 Winner:
• $1,000 Cash Prize
• Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Gear (Sash, Tiara, and Jacket)
• 2025 Racing Season Title and Social Media Page Rights.
• Second Place: $400
• Third Place: $175

CONTEST RULES (Please read carefully)

1. Contestant must be female, at least 18 years of age, but not already currently under monetary contract, or acting as a Queen for another pageant. All applications must be accompanied by proof of age (i.e., Driver’s License), and current photograph, preferably candid shot.

2. Contestants must report to the show office no later than 6:00 p.m. to prepare for the event on Friday, January 31 for the 7:00 p.m. start.

3. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza contestants must be available for all Ms. RX show activities as well as return the following year to relinquish crown. She will also be required to attend a minimum of ten-(10) approved racing events at various speedways in 2025. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS MANDATORY, AND YOU ARE SIGNING A CONTRACT TO COMPLETE THESE TASKS IF CHOSEN AS THE WINNER.

4. In the Ms. Racing Xtravaganza Pageant there are four rounds of competition. Contestants are scored by a panel of judges from the motorsports community, contestants will be scored on personality, poise, industry knowledge, choice of sportswear or swimwear (tasteful swimwear preferred, no thongs), choice of formal wear and choice of photo session wear. Competition segments include contestant introductions on the main stage in photo shoot wear, formal wear and on floor fan engagements. Judges will determine and crown Ms. Racing Xtravaganza and award her with a $1,000 prize.

5. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza winner will receive a sash, tiara, jacket, and $1,000.00. Second place will receive $400.00; third place - $175.00. All custom banners or sashes produced at winner's expense must be pre-approved.

6. Racing Xtravaganza management reserves the right to disqualify any applicant for nonconformity to the above rules. Ms. Racing Xtravaganza may also be required to relinquish title due to unbecoming behavior, or the inability to fulfill title duties as deemed by same show management. Should the title be revoked, the winner will be required to return winner's monies, sash and tiara. A replacement will then be sought to fulfill tenure from contestants starting with the first runner-up.

All applications must be received before or by January 26, 2025, to be eligible for bonus points. This is a binding contract. NO EMAILED OR WRITTEN APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

AGREEMENT / RELEASE (Please read carefully)

I hereby certify that I am an independent contractor, assuming all responsibility for monies received as a result of my participation in the Racing Xtravaganza events, including without eliminating, income taxes, FICA, workmen’s compensation, and withholding taxes. I am not an employee, servant or agent of Racing Xtravaganza. In consideration of acceptance by Racing Xtravaganza of this application and payment of prizes, the undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Racing Xtravaganza as to conduct and requirements, as now published in the entry form or hereafter modified. The undersigned consents to the use of her name and/or pictures of herself for publicity, advertising, endorsements, both before and after the Racing Xtravaganza events, and relinquishes any rights to photos taken in connection with Racing Xtravaganza events, and consents to the publication or sale of such photos by Racing Xtravaganza. Any dispute, controversy or claim involving the undersigned applicant, whether or not relating to this agreement or alleged breach of the same, shall be settled in accordance with the existing and/or amended rules and regulations of Racing Xtravaganza, and the undersigned agrees to accept the decisions rendered by such process. The undersigned understands that the winner will receive 50% of the winnings at the conclusion of the show on Saturday and the remaining 50% the following year after completing her requirements and passing on the title. By completing the Eventbrite online application, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE REQUIREMENT OF THE RULES.
