2025 Mother Daughter Summit

We are thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Mother Daughter Summit, a day dedicated to fostering mental health, connection, and empowerment.

What’s in Store?

• Interactive Workshops: Dive into engaging sessions that focus on mental wellness, communication, and building strong, supportive relationships.
• Wellness Stations: Explore self-care activities and resources to refresh your mind and body.
• Vendor Booths: Discover local businesses and organizations offering products and services to enhance your well-being.
• Community Service Project: Bond with your daughter while giving back to the community through a meaningful hands-on activity. This year we will be learning about period poverty and creating period packs to share with local schools. Please come to the Summit with at least one period product (i.e pack of sanitary pads, pack of tampons, etc.) to add to our kits.

This event is the perfect opportunity to prioritize your mental health, strengthen your bond, and be part of a supportive and inspiring community.
