Helping Children Feel Good From the Inside Out

Please join us as we learn effective strategies to teach our children how to identify, accept, and regulate their emotions. Dr. Douglas Bell will lead adults through a fun and insightful workshp using the movie "Inside Out 2" as a guide. Children 3 years old and up will watch parts of the movie and create a useful tool for self regulation.
