All classes will be held from 9am - 12pm with some exceptions.
The Crimson Clover Master Gardeners will be facilitating a 14-week intern training course with the goal of equipping potential volunteers with knowledge in over a dozen horticulture topics to help us -grow- better communities. Here is the schedule of dates & topics:
Jan. 28th - Local Training Kickoff
Feb. 4th - Introduction to TEMG & TN Climates/Geography
Feb. 11th - Stewardship in TN
Feb. 18th - Soils & Soil Management
Feb. 25th - Botany & Propagation
Mar. 4th - Sustainable Landscape Design & Herbaceous Plants
Mar. 11th - Woody Ornamentals & Trees
Mar. 18th - Turfgrass & W**d Management
Mar. 25th - Entomology & Integrated Pest Management
Apr. 1st - Plant Pathology
Apr. 8th - Vegetables
Apr. 15th - Fruits
Apr. 22nd - Supporting Pollinators & Great Pollinator Plants
TBD - Celebration (Time & Location TBD)
