2025 Interior Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) Extension Meeting

The Interior Technical Advisor Committee (ITAC) annual winter extension meeting for the Forest Genetics Council (FGC) is always an essential part of the reforestation pipeline to connect producers, geneticists, researchers, silviculturists, forest health professionals, and foresters. ITAC presentations are curated to support an understanding of Ministry breeding program status and seed supply issues impacting operating areas. As well as, highlighting the operational and genomic, science and research that link to silvicultural practices and success in reforestation. ITAC 2025 will be held in Vernon January 15th – 16th at the Prestige Vernon Hotel and Confernce Centre. Both in-person and virtual attendance options are available.
