Sun Salutations // Surya Namaskars are the heart of Vinyasa and the foundation from which each flowing sequence is built upon. Join Dolly in this all levels workshop where students will deconstruct Sun Salutations A + B and explore alignment, transitions and modifications of each pose. ⁣Students can expect a mix of practice and asana labs, becoming grounded with the unison of breath and movement as they explore how each pose lands in their body. Whether you’re new or need a review, you are welcome!⁣
