2025 Healthy Aging Convening

Join our Healthy Aging team along with grantees, partners, and aging experts from across the state for a day of structured conversations about the most pressing challenges facing Michigan's older adults and caregivers — along with strategies for working together on lasting solutions.

This convening will feature:

-The latest from the state of Michigan on its aging programs and activities, aging policy, and long-term plans to continue to make Michigan a great place to live well as we age.

-Breakout sessions on caregiving and respite care, along with discussions around aging data and how to make it actionable for meaningful change.

-Updates from a national aging policy expert on what to expect at the federal level in the coming months, along with reactions from Michigan's aging network leaders.

-Learnings from grantees and ideas for partnering to make an impact in communities and statewide.
We'll also set aside ample time for networking, sharing best practices and lessons learned, and engaging with Health Fund staff.

Registration will be open through March 26. Sign up soon because space is limited. Please send us a message if you would like to send more than three people from your organization.
