Adult - $84 plus 20% Service Charge, Eventbrite Fee and 5% GST

Child (4-10 years old) - $36 plus 20% Service Charge, Eventbrite Fee and 5% GST

Child (3 years and under) - Complimentary

Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to event. (December 21 @ 12pm). Eventbrite's Fee is non-refundable.

• Fresh baked French bread, dinner rolls and focaccia

COLD

• Mixed Greens with assorted dressings [GF]
• Classic Caesar Salad with House made Focaccia Croutons
• Vine ripened tomato, basil, and burrata, La Panza olive oil, balsamic reduction [GF]
• House smoked salmon, poached prawns, sweet onion marinated mussel towers
• Cocktail sauce, lemon, dill [GF]
• Black pepper maple glazed smoked sablefish, shaved fennel, orange segments, cranberry gelee [GF]
• Ahi tuna and Wild Sockeye salmon Sashimi with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi [GF]

CARVING STATION

• Chef carved 24 hour slow cooked grass-fed AAA Prime Rib roast, Dijon and horseradish [GF]
• Roast turkey with Chef’s signature gravy and traditional cranberry sauce [GF]

HOT

• Roast apple and sage stuffing
• Roasted root vegetables, brussels sprouts [GF]
• Potatoes Delmonico, cream braised potatoes, Emmenthal cheese, leek, herbed bread crumb crust
• Roast Steelhead and Prawn, maple soy butter sauce
• Braised Pork Guancia, pinot noir tomato sauce [GF]
• Cavatappi and three cheese sauce

DESSERT
