The 14th Annual Carlisle Downtown Mile, sponsored by UPMC, will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025. In addition to the race on May 15, we will have a virtual option. The Virtual Race will run from May 10-15.
The Carlisle Downtown Mile is a fundraiser for Employment Skills Center’s adult education and training programs. All of our programs and classes are offered free of charge. These programs include adult basic education, GED preparation, English as a Second Language, and workforce development trainings such as Nurse Aide, Community Health Worker, Customer Service, and Computer training.
