2025 BCI Annual Meeting

Iowa Southern Baptists will be gathering on November 7th & 8th for the 2025 BCI Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is an important opportunity for Iowa church leaders to celebrate what God is doing and partner together to reach more people for Christ.

• GUEST SPEAKER: DR. JEFF IORG, SBC EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE PRESIDENT
• COST: FREE FOR BCI MESSENGERS & GUESTS
• DEADLINE: REGISTER BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30TH

• Friday, November 7th • 11:00am–4:15pm

• Friday, November 7th • 6:00pm-7:30pm

• Saturday, November 8th • 9:00am-12:30pm

There are 2 types of attendees: "Messengers" are approved by their home church to vote in the BCI Business Meeting. "Guests" includes any other attendees and they are not approved to vote during the Business Meeting. Prior to the event, information on how many elected "Messengers" your church is allowed to bring will be made available. Find out how many Messengers your church can bring in the PDF document below:

NOTE: Hotel or lodging will be on your own this year. If your church does not have funds set aside for hotel expenses, financial scholarships are available. Email [email protected] for information.

We have childcare available during each of the 3 events. You will need to register for childcare no later than Friday, October 30th. Visit bciowa.org/events for childcare registration.
