2025 Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference- Des Moines

VMCI is excited to once again serve as the Des Moines host of the Better Impact and AL!VE Volunteer Management Hybrid Conference! Unlike traditional conferences, the VMHC offers a dynamic setup where expert speakers are streamed live, while local volunteer managers and nonprofit professionals come together to watch the broadcast toether, collaborate in facilitated workgroups, and engage in meaningful discussions with peers. This hybrid format blends the accessibility of virtual participation with the connection and energy of in-person interaction.
