Description

To support our young adults to thrive in the community and lead enriching lives, our pilot programme offers a trio of interesting activities including a recess break.

Activity 1 - Kickstart your week with an upbeat and exciting  zumba session! Let loose and exercise to fun tunes, while making lasting memories with friends. 

Activity 2 - At recess, members will learn basic money management skills and purchase their own snacks and drinks at the school canteen.

Activity 3 - During ‘My Clean Home’, members will learn hygiene skills such as identifying clean vs dirty, and practice fine motor skills like wringing towels for basic housekeeping through mini-games.

IMPORTANT

Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.

Zumba Instructor Profile: William Ong

William Ong has been a fitness instructor for over 25 years and has experience teaching a wide variety of fitness activities such as kickboxing, circuit training, step aerobics. He is certified in Zumba, yoga, aqua aerobics and FloatFit and has taught at special need schools, mainstream schools, senior centres, fitness and private clubs.
