2024 Passive House Open Days - Java Haus project

Join us for an exciting in-person tour of 194 Java Street, Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Come to see the just-completed renovation of a 120-year-old framed townhouse - converted to a high-performance single-family residence designed to incorporate Passive House strategies. This guided walk will highlight the building's design, construction, technical components, and energy performance. The tour will be led by Themis Haralabides, the project architect and principal of reBuild Workshop.

The tour is part of the International Passive House Open Days event, supported by the Passive House Network.
