Join us for the 2024 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course at Crim Fitness Foundation. This in-person course is designed to help you reduce stress, improve well-being, and cultivate mindfulness in your daily life.
Starting with orientation on Tuesday, October 1st, this course offers a unique opportunity to learn practical techniques and develop a deeper understanding of mindfulness. This is 8 week series is based on research and practices from the acclaimed Stress Reduction Program founded in 1979 by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Throughout the course, you'll explore various mindfulness practices, including meditation, gentle yoga, and body awareness exercises. These practices will help you develop resilience, enhance self-awareness, and promote a sense of calm.
Attending this course will enable you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and find inner peace amidst the chaos. Whether you're new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen your practice, this course is open to individuals of all experience levels.
