WHAT TO EXPECT:
12:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Welcome to stop by our tables any time!
Please sign our notebook & pass it along to other attendees.
1:00 pm - Specific time for Our Annual Gathering:

Please arrive before 1:00 pm to allow time for
parking, walking (or riding) to our area and greeting each other
before our photo at 1:00 pm Thanks!
FOOD? - Besides water and snacks, we do not provide a meal. But there are a variety of vendors, including some fundraisers for schools, where you are encouraged to purchase food. You are welcome to bring it back to our tables, if you wish.
TEACHERS/COACHES - Do you have contact with any teachers/coaches?
Please invite them!
(If possible, please let us know ahead of time, and we will publish their intent to attend (and be in our picture).
