Eat and learn at Cheese & Wine 101 —with CJ Bienert from The Cheese Shop of Des Moines!Taste 4 different wine styles, each perfectly paired with cheese. Learn why certain flavors go well together and take the guesswork (or Google searching) out of putting together cheese and wine pairings when entertaining or just enjoying a board at home. Lactose and gluten free options will also be served.
Newbies and cheese and wine epicures alike will have a great time!
Doors open at 5:30, presentation starts at 6pm. Cost: $75 per person/$600 per table of 8. Proceeds go toward the Annual Campaign and benefit 27 local agencies and 30 individual programs.
