It’s time again for the ECBGG’s annual Board Game Market!You can come to buy or sell games and gaming accessories! Or you can just come to check things out! Maybe hang with some gamers...Or maybe enjoy some beer! Whatever you choose- bring a friend! Bring the kids- it's up to you!
***Here Are The Basics***
To be transparent, this event will be canceled if extenuating Covid 19 issues arise or in cases of inclement weather.

-The Market will be held in the upstairs event space at The Brewing Projekt. (There are both stairs and an elevator to get up to the space!)
-The event is FREE to attend!
-It's an ALL AGES event (with parental discretion- no on-site child care available)!
-The event is open to the public- so spread the word far and near!
-There is ample free parking out front!

FOR 2024-

-The silent auction is coming back! Winners must be present to claim winnings!
-The ECBGG will have a table! We’ll have “I Love Board Games” bracelets available with a $1 donation!

For Anyone interested in Selling Games-

Due to limited space, we MAY NOT BE ABLE to accommodate every single person who wants to sell games. It is a first come, first-served situation. If you or someone you know is interested in selling at the event, please fill out the following form:

Couple of Things For *ALL* To Keep In Mind-
.
1. Please remember this is supposed to be a fun, community event.
-Be respectful.
-Keep conversations civil.
-If an amicable agreement cannot be made, take that as a sign and just walk away.
2. Transaction outcomes must be agreed upon by all parties involved.
3. Think of this as a garage sale type set-up.
4. Have some cash on hand. (Not seller will have something like PayPal/ Venmo/ ApplePay sent up.)
5. Consider setting up a third-party payment app- may make it easier on sellers who didn't bring a lot of cash.
6. Feel free to ask sellers about the game- any included upgrades/ expansions, gameplay, etc.! It's a one of the best things about the Market!

Covid 19 Expectations

-We ask that if you feel unwell, please stay home!
-Masks and hand sanitizer will be available should someone feel the need to utilize them.
-*ABSOLUTELY ZERO* tolerance of any harassment of someone's choice to wear or not wear a mask while attending ANY ECBGG event. The ECBGG will follow the direction set by the location hosting us for the afternoon.

The Brewing Projekt is a brewery and tap house serving their own branded craft beers, made in-house!
-They DO NOT have a food menu. (Outside food welcome- either from home or from a few local food establishments near there.)
*Smack Daddy's Gourmet Grub food truck will be on-site the day of the sale!
-No alcohol purchase necessary.
