Please note that checking in on UDisc is great but cannot hold your spot if you are not on-site by 8:30 am as we need to randomly pull for teams with the given players on site. Once chips are pulled for teams we can't modify or add players.
Weather permitting - Updates will be made to the post details by 6 am on the morning of the event for cancellations.
LIMITED PARKING - Please carpool if possible. We want to keep the course accessible for general use as well as we're not the only ones who use the park.
Signups/Start Deadline:
- 8:30 am deadline for signups ON SITE at Mt Bradford so that the random draw for teams/starting holes can be determined.
- 8:45 am tee off start or as soon as chips drawing is complete and start holes are assigned.
Format - Random Doubles.
Cali Rules - If there are odd numbers, a Cali will play single but be given 2 extra throws per hole plus three (3) "optional floaters" they can use whenever they want. They must announce that they are using an optional when they take it so the card can keep track. Max of two throws per lie, whether driving, approaching or putting.
Fees - $6 to play ($5 goes towards winnings, $1 goes towards the course for maintenance and upgrades.)
Optional - $1 each for CTP (Closest to the Pin) and Ace Pot, for a total of $8 if all-in for each item including base entry fee.
Ace Pot Notes:
- H5 Blue is worth half the pot or up to $50 if the pot is over $100.
- All other baskets will be worth the full Ace Pot up to $100 unless split between two or more winners in the same event. The ace pot funds are currently at $80 plus additional entries for 6/29.
CTP:
- H2 Short (Blue) - $$$ CTP
- H5 Short (Blue) - Extra CTP for $5 Wawa GC or crochet dude from Rachel.Crochets ( https://www.instagram.com/rachel.crochets/ ). I have some of them with me.
UDisc Scoring - UDisc is used for scoring the rounds for the event. Likely somebody on your card will have it already to create your card and keep score. But try to get it if you don't already have it so that you can check-in for the event easier.
