Sleepy Monkey is a school of thought, a way of approaching the challenges of life – a practice that allows us to gain clarity of thought, health within the body, and peace of mind. It incorporates zen meditation, tai chi body methods, and ancestral strength training tools such as the steel mace to awaken a powerful connection with one’s being. Students walk away with tools to use in everyday life for strength of mind and body. Group classes are limited to 8 students.
