We are proud to host this 200hr training course by The Yoga Quarter Learning Hub.
This immersive training is designed to help you not only deepen your personal yoga practice but also discover your true voice as a teacher through voice coaching. It will empower you with the skills and confidence to create a nurturing and inclusive space for others.
The teachers are all experts in their field and dedicated to passing that knowledge to their students through a very well-balanced and interwoven syllabus.
The focus is on the holistic practice of yoga, extending beyond perfect postures to emphasise the connection with self. We don't focus solely on the physical postures (asanas). Instead, we explore the holistic nature of yoga, which encompasses not only asana but also the philosophy and lifestyle.
A non-judgmental and non-competitive approach is taken, cultivating a true learning community. You will feel encouraged and nurtured, creating a safe space for exploration and development. Working in learning groups means you will share your journey with fellow practitioners offering community focus, fostering meaningful connections and friendships.
Throughout your training you will have full support from the teaching team.
