200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Summer Immersion

Yoga One Trainings are designed to enrich the lives of all committed students and aspiring teachers with the sole prerequisite that you are open and ready to learn.

Yoga One is honored to offer each student a deep understanding of yoga with our comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Alliance Affiliated Certification Courses. Our highly experienced teachers (E-RYT 500) are professional, inspiring, supportive, and embody a full range of yogic knowledge: posture practice (asana), breathing (pranayama), philosophy/history and mindfulness. Our San Diego Teacher Trainings are affiliated with MyCAA, University of San Diego (USD) and Yoga Alliance.

Next 200 Hour Course Begins July 15th: 17-day immersion with Mondays off. We offer easy options for make-ups if you need to miss one or more days. Save $600 when you register by April 30th!
