Most of us are living numb—endless scrolls, trivial plans, and noise. This 200-hour, Yoga Alliance–aligned YTT is a clean break from that. We train your attention, your nervous system, and your voice so you stop running from reality and start meeting your life with honesty. You’ll learn the foundations of yoga and how to teach—but more importantly, you’ll learn to notice, feel, and choose on purpose.
You’ll leave with

-Honest action over old narratives and avoidance.
-Courage to feel deeply and stay present.
YA-aligned skills: techniques, anatomy & physiology, yoga humanities, teaching methodology, and a assessed practicum for YA registration.
