YOGA TEACHER TRAINING ( YTT ) Are you ready to take your yoga practice to a deeper, more meaningful level or teach others about the wonderful benefits of classical yoga?
The YTT provides a fantastic opportunity to awaken or deepen your yoga practice, meet old and new friends, and to be a part of the global yoga community which is growing each day. The best part of all is learning that everything we need is already within us and how the practices can lead us into accessing our gifts and beauty from the inside out. The experience provides a great way to find long lasting happiness, peace and the ability to share the yogic lifestyle with others.
Our Teacher Training Course delivers a comprehensive, theoretical and practical hands on training program that includes Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, anatomy, adjusting, sequencing, mantra chanting, meditation and other traditional and contemporary Yoga techniques.
This unique YTT will train the applicant in the following styles . Hatha , Vinyasa , Yin Yoga , Tibetan Yoga , The Dragon Dance , and include a comprehensive study in Trataka, Vipasana, Zen and other meditation techniques.
Substantial emphasis is placed on analytic training on how to teach and practice these techniques as well as guided practice of the techniques. In conjunction, you will learn Patanjali’s Eight Limb yoga philosophy and how you can incorporate this into your own practice and day-to-day life. Daily chanting, meditation and pranayama provide spiritual structure and compliment the more physical practices of the curriculum.
The Curriculum takes you through the essential elements required to deepen and enrich your own yoga practice and to teach students with confidence. Our expert team of teachers will guide you from the fundamental stages to teaching with ease.
Over 200 hours you will become skilled in the following:
- Techniques and training methods of the practices
- Teaching methodology
- Yoga anatomy and physiology
- Yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics
- Yoga business management and marketing
This yoga immersion will transform you and your practice, instilling confidence and a deep understanding of the yoga styles that we offer at Chaitanya Yoga and give you all the skills you will need to start your own yoga career or just further develop your personal practice.
