This class combines cardio and strength for a well-rounded fitness experience. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of core exercises, and a 20-minute restoration period. Challenge your body and mind with a variety of equipment, exercises, and formats. I also teach this class on Sundays at 10:30 twice a month, switching off with another instructor for the other two Sundays.
No preregistration is required; simply sign in with the front desk upon arrival.
Single class pass: $5
Seniors $4
Or get unlimited group fitness classes at this center with a monthly membership
One month: $40
Three months: $100
Six months: $160
Annual: $280 if paid in full, $27.33 monthly
